Child Safety Standards (CSAE/CSAM)

GoFishChat maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users, content, and interactions on GoFishChat.
1. Prohibited Content and Behavior
- Any CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation, or abuse involving minors is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to solicit, share, request, or distribute exploitative content is prohibited.
- Any account suspected of underage abuse activity may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed.
2. Prevention and Platform Controls
- GoFishChat is intended for adults (18+) and includes verification and abuse-prevention flows.
- Users can report and block other users directly inside the app.
- High-risk behavior may trigger moderation actions, risk checks, and account review.
3. Reporting and Escalation
In-app reporting
Users can report harmful content or behavior using in-app report tools. Reports are reviewed and can lead to immediate action, including account restriction or permanent removal.

4. Cooperation with Authorities
When legally required, and for severe child safety incidents, GoFishChat may report and cooperate with relevant authorities and organizations (including NCMEC where applicable), according to law.
